Shipping and Returns

Handling Time

We ship orders Tuesday - Friday. Any orders received after 2pm will be sent the following day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be shipped the following Tuesday.

NZ Delivery

All domestic orders are shipped with Castle Parcel, Post Haste, or NZ Couriers and include tracking that you can access from your shipping notification email. The order may require a signature on delivery. 

We can only ship to a residential or commercial address, not to PO Boxes or Parcel lockers. 

Postage rates will be automatically applied at checkout based on delivery location. We offer free shipping on orders over $150.00. 
Our delivery rates are;
North Island - $6.00  |  South Island - $8.00  |  Rural - $12.00

Collection

Orders can be collected from our Auckland shop, located on Dominion Road, without the need to organise shipping. Please select 'Pick Up' when checking out. We will be in touch soon after to arrange a suitable time. 

International Delivery

We don't currently offer delivery to countries outside of New Zealand when ordering through our website. However, if you would like to ship to any other country, please email us and we can arrange a shipping quote for your prospective order.

Sizing and model sizing

Model sizes are listed to give an indication of garment fit. We have also included XS - XXXL sizing and numerical 6-20 sizing where relevant.

Vintage and second-hand

Please note that clothes are a mixture of vintage (older than 20 years) and second hand

Refunds and returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at thecellar@grayswinebar.co.nz. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

  • Returns are accepted on the condition that there is proof the items were not as described.

  • Please allow 3 working days from the date of returned items arriving back to us for a refund to be processed. This is so we can check the returned items for discrepancies.

  • Buyers are responsible for returning the items. However if the refund is accepted we will include the cost (that is reasonably incurred) of shipping the goods back to us. Sending with tracking is advised. Original postage cost is non refundable.

  • Any issues with items arriving late or non delivery of goods should be mentioned to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

  • We don't offer returns on international orders.

Original postage price is excluded from the refund amount. However if the refund is accepted we will cover the cost (that is reasonably incurred) of returning the items to us. Orders will be refunded after the return inspection process is complete and satisfactory. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
